Marcus’ background is in BI & Data Solutions, including data requirements, ETL architecture and development, data governance, data  lineage & metadata management, data architecture, data migration & data warehousing. 20+ years of experience, a significant portion of which being in Financial Services. Proactive and leads initiatives to find and deliver pragmatic and value driven data solutions that supports the business strategy and  addresses requirements.

Marcus has been involved with the data governance office of a UK GSIB specifically focused on a number of the banks CDEs for  BCBS239. He led teams involved in assisting the banks resources in gathering the required information for cataloguing processes, systems,  people and glossary, establishing hierarchies and mapping relationships in  process flows and overlays using Informatica Axon & involved in upgrades.
