We recomamend using the  DCAM framework linked to a breakdown of the BCBS239 principles. The framework can serve as a foundation for how each of the constituent elements from BCBS239 are addressed and measured.

Further layers like ISO20022 to support business glossary definition are recommended to be added and linked to the model each in turn being able to be linked to each of the BCBS239 principles.

These linked project layers can then be imported into Data Catalogs that can contain or capture the scans of core systems, datasets and physical attributes as well as other captured facets of metadata & data.
